CONWAY AECOM has successfully added a further module of the i-CON Oracle ERP business system
The Field Service Dispatch Centre will now be used to issue scheduled work orders to the mobile devices already being used on the TfL network. Operatives issued with the latest iPad technology have been receiving emergency call outs via the i-CON system since June and will now have the facility to receive reactive work in the same way.
System i-CON was launched at CONWAY AECOM in April, at the start of LoHAC covering the areas of HR, Projects, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance and Service Control Centre and is currently being further developed to incorporate Apps and Certs and the interface with Bentley for TMA permitting.
